First post. First measurements

As if anyone is going to really read this, just thought i should have a electronic record of progress or thoughts. Hopefully when i know i have my routine for working out set and in my brain hanhchampion can give me tips and this blog is the perfect way to show what the progress is.

So anyways, after getting my half sleeve tattoo i obviously could not workout until it healed fully which was 1 and a half weeks and after it healed i had to get my wisdom teeth extracted so i didnt even bother starting working out again because of the pain and the meds and being completely incapable of eating anything. So i lost a lot of what little i had... Finally just yesterday i could finally eat solid foods and im enjoying the fuck out of it!

So starting tomorrow i wil be working out following this routine. (Thank you hanhchampion.blogspot.com)

Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest/ triceps
Day 3: Back/ biceps
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Rest day
Day 7: Rest day
Weight training time: 1 hour
Sets: 3 to 5 sets
Rep ranges: 10-12 moderate, 8-10 heavy, 6-8 heavy
Weights: moderate to heavy
Rest time: 1-2 minutes in-between sets

This week and maybe the next im going to keep it easy and keep the reps at 10 because i have to retrain my body for the strain. Tendons and stuff take longer than muscles to get stronger so while my muscles may be ready to do heavy ass weights for 6-8 reps my tendons might not be after the 2 and a half week break. To be honest before the 2 and a half week deficit in health i was not working out a ton, but the main thing is that the past week i didnt eat anything but those little tiny milkshake things ("Ensure +calories " was the brand) and maybe some just plain congee.

So here we are today with these horrible measurements!
BPM at rest- 86 (crazy high i know.)
Arm- 10.7 inch
Chest- 33 inch
Thigh- 17 inch
Weight- 123.2 Lbs

123.2 is the lightest i've been in awhile so that gives you an idea on what sort of losses ive had the past 2 and a half weeks. I average 125-127 so maybe to you guys the 1.8-3.8 Lbs ive lost isnt much... but really i dont have much to lose so its a pretty big deal in my head.

Healthy body healthy mind! Lets do this!
